    I have completely stopped taking my truck to get warshed due to the dressings they spray everywhere even when asked not to do so. That stuff just turns everything into a slippery dust magnet.

    Blacktacoma23 - Did you do anything to the front of the BDS lift to compensate for the weight of the All Pro bumper?

    Looking at ditching the avid light bar and getting a plate bumper myself

    Yea. Had to add lots of pre load.
    Very happy now tho

    I had a guy in Florida tell me that " back in the day " they would completely cover their undercarriage with WD-40 because it shined it up and kept salt air corrosion down and when ya' went ta tha mud hole it warshed off ka-leen n eezy

    PC does not remove the whole cross member either and actually has double the amount of hardware ...? I have the same curiosity as Jon about the support bars. I was thinking about mounting my GoPro under the truck and making a few hard runs to see if there is ever any movement in those support bars ?

    Edit - Jon, I looked at a BDS last month and it appears to have more ground clearance to the bracket itself because the DB is shallower but the diff is exposed below the DB more than a PC which is why BDS supplies a little skid for it. Ultimately the PC DB's are easier to add a custom skid too and the PC drops the diff lower too I believe, 1" more than FT for sure. Ultimately with a dropped diff the bracket shape is irrelevant if you need it protected IMO ?

    You can find a heim locally at any 4x fab shop probably , it is not a special size etc.

    I think the heim is prob ok. I know I bent the upper uca long bolt so I have a new one from Toyota.

    When we were putting on the UCA it seemed the bolt that goes to the spindle was bent a little when were rotating it.
