More than happy to do it. Everyone on this forum has been so helpful and kind to me I am proud to help with any services I can offer. Now I just need to get this suby engine rebuilt and back in and swap a Vulva engine before sunday.

Do you mean Volvo or is this a use of Vulva that I haven't encountered yet?

Also, wish I could make it, still need to fix up my CB rear bumper mount. Next time!

change "shred" to "neatly trim leaving a factory-like appearance" and you've got my interest.

You need the bed trimmed for a bumper right? That's a straight line and I also have some nice black trim that covers up any imperfection quite nicely.

I have... I just objected to the verb he was using ;)

    Now we're talkin'!

What do you use? Everytime I use tin snips on something, it deforms the metal. I've been told a cutoff wheel can produce too much heat and burn the paint.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
I used a cutoff wheel on mine. No issues :notsure:

Also, a roll of door edge guard is cheap and works good to cover those kind of cuts.

Never had a problem with my cut off wheel and burning paint at all. But I also have electric sheet metal snips that cut like butter. No matter what you do to it you will need the trim to finish it off.
