    World always needs ditch diggers. If you fill out a resume for a laborers job you'd be stupied to put down your degree. Resumes can be finessed for the specific job and you need to start doing so. You can outright lie or twist words (what I prefer to do).

    No one looking for a laborer would want someone with a degree because youll move on.

    If you're that hungry I would drive around industrial parks and stop at each and every place.

    I have no idea how good your attitude is, but if I was hurting for money I'd shovel shit with a smile on my face if it's allowing me to live.

    Then it's about managing their expectations. I'm sure you have enough training to do work in DBA, IT or various other jobs while you wait for the planets to align. The trick is you need to have multiple resume's and letters to market yourself. I don't care if I would have to work in a grocery store today, I'd make my resume different than say a Quantum Mechanics Engineer.

    And yah, here in TW we offer useless advice after jumping to conclusions.
