Through all of this I have never seen anything but a desire to do everything in your power to make folks happy. Kudos Bobby for taking all the punches and gracefully working with folks. Much thanks.

Starting to loose hope. Got a tent a month ago and it was damaged. I refused it. Was told my tent would be one of the very first to ship out on the next shipment. That came in the middle of last week. Was told it would ship out Thurs or Fri, never got tracking info. Emailed Bobby Saturday and he said he was tied up doing installs all day. He said it would go out Monday. Well Monday is almost over and have not heard a word. This is getting pretty frustrating, I know Bobby is a busy man. But I've been told several things that have not came through.

Yeah I'm pretty frustrated with Bobby too. Not going to get into details right now. I just hope he gets his shit together soon

At the tail end of a two week trip, we passed through Bend about 6 hours after the container of tents arrived at the CVT warehouse. The team did a great job on the install and had us back on the road in a couple of hours. It was a pleasure to spend the last two nights of the trip camping in our new rooftop tent.

Ours is the Mt Rainer, takes up the full bed of a double cab long bed. Sleeps three of us very comfortably, putting a fourth up there would be ok if it was two kids, but 4 adults would be tight.

anyone have pics of Mt Rainier mounted over a short bed? I'm planning on mounting mine on my bed rack and expect to have about 12" hanging over the end of the bed. Wondering to myself if perhaps i should mount the tent so that it opens to the rear instead, in which case i think the closed tent would fit fully within the dimensions of the bed.

If you mount it opening to the rear, it will overhang the sides of the bed. In fact, it will be almost the width of the truck, fender to fender. That doesn't mean it won't work for you. The biggest issue I see is blocking access to the bed when tent is deployed.
I had my Mt. Hood (same dimension) overhanging the end. I will try to get some picks up tonight. Still on way back from using this great tent. In a thunderstorm no less! Still stayed dry.

I've come to the conclusion that I have the incorrect cover for my Shasta as well. I know it was talked about before, but kind of missed the conversation.
