    I might go look at it again after work tomorrow. It's for sale on base so it's probably somebody trying to get rid of it before they PCS which means I could talk them down on the price.

    It said it could be release from the tongue to use like a ramp, but I couldn't see anything that would allow it to do that. I didn't look too closely though. The only reason I don't want it is because that's another thing to have to keep up with the registration on haha
