OMG!!! the white dude is wearing crossfit nano shoes!!!

we got poor form and crossfit reebok branded shit. everybody start talking shit about how lame crossfit is and then post up their daily isolation workout and reps and then talk about their pre workout supp woes and how hard they hit it with their dumbbell tricep kick backs to failure.

CT says some funny shit and does provide a verbal motivational aspect but in reality he's really hardly impressive with his athleticism or physical abilities in the grand scheme of things

That's how I've been since my surgery. This is the second week back lifting since I took a full 8 days off and I'm sore after everything and love it! I did legs Monday and they're still sore as hell. It could also be partly due to me switching my workout, which I'm loving. Can't beat ol' Doug's 4 Day Split

Glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. Yes, he's fucking huge and funny and he yells a lot, but he's a fucking retard. His is advice is retarded because he's been on lots of shit that the people he gives his "advice" to have not been on, which means, when they try to do what he does, they end up fucking something up. I don't know or care if he's on dat juice, but he definitely has been before. Not that I care though...I have no problem with people taking that route, but when you do take that route and try to train people like you train who are not juicing, 1. you're going to hurt them and 2. they look like a bitch. If I started a test cycle and started blowing past my workout partner and making him feel like crap, it's not fair. If you're gonna juice, train with juicers; that's like the nerdy 12 year old who hangs out with 9 year olds because he's the bigger than them. CT needs to go train with Cutler, Kali, Grapefruit Greene, Heath, and Coleman and see how he feels then. This is just my opinion, though, which may be wrong....he's funny and entertaining, but I would never take training advice from him. Sorry for my rant.

I feel like I'm gonna be weak in the gym for a while. I made a mistake last night. I shaved the beard off...pretty sure it was the source of my strength.

So I'm still figuring this about but it seems that tabata and hiit are the same thing just different timing for everything. Right?

Anyone use the mapmyrun app? I tried it out this week and it doesn't really track my running all that well. It seems to cut out if the phone isn't active, so it skips a lot of stuff.

Tracking a run on a treadmill? Or outside? If the latter pick up a gps. Phone apps usually suck. I'm not a fan on strava.
