It's pretty much back to normal thankfully. Definitely was solid reinforcer to get back on the bandwagon to get healthy and fit. Doing a hike on Thursday and am being pretty good about some sort of extended physical activity/exercise every day.

I do notwant to have back surgery!

This is my first time in this thread; I'm not an actual Graveyard Shifter, but I do work a lot of overnights ... maintenance window for projects.

Melissa, as far as your bumper, there are a lot of people that have painted them ... I believe the quality is all in the prep. Maybe the negative responses were from rushed jobs.

Doing good. 3 load plans completed ... they were relatively uncomplicated. Looks like things are gonna be quiet for a while until the morning weather checks.

    How's it there tonight?

    Welcome.

I think you may be correct in your evaluation. That's what scared me away from it ... patience is not one of my stronger traits.

I'll bet Melissa could get it right no problem. If I had decided to go forward with painting mine, I probably would have gotten my wife to assist; she has all the patience I lack and is much better at painting than I. Being a meat-fisted moose man doesn't help much.

Lol thanks for the vote of confidence Rob :) I do have a lot of patience but I'm such a perfectionist at things  sometimes OCD lol I would hate to mess my bumper up but I think I'm definitely going to try the plastidip.

How durable is plastidip? Say if I needed to do something with my nerf steps, they are black and have a gloss finish on them which shows scratches like you wouldn't believe..hmmmm...

Yep, Wed. morning. Went very well. Lead mechanic gave me a one hour tour after the interview. Very impressive, there is a lot going on "behind the scenes" at a hospital.

It wouldn't hold up on the nerf bars. One little scratch from a hard heeled shoe & it would start peeling.
