    A few things

Yeah its natural to have scoop (and TRD) envy. :p
    LOL

Just look at it this way, the more trucks out there with distasteful mods the better our trucks look. It's tough on this site too because there are so many sweet trucks on here.

I agree. Sometimes, if the colors are right, you can pull off the two-tone effect and looks good. Anyone recall back in the day when all fiberglass caps on trucks were white?

Or am I really becoming that much more of a dinosaur..

I'm sure I've done things to my truck that you wouldn't like. That's why I think it's hilarious when squids start a poll or ask a question about this rim or that grill, what looks best etc: The fact is, I couldn't care less about what others think!!!

I stand corrected, and appalled !! I like the 18" rims but honestly think they look better as the silver rather than chrome.

I saved ~$300 just to see what black wheels look like so if I wanted to invest the money for PC I would. Ain't nothin wrong with that, also it peels off so your resale value theory is whack :D

I agree that is a good looking truck. I would have even gone futher and made the step rails silver as well. I call that tastefully modified.
