Outside, it would periodically track but leave out long gaps in my run. I might have to keep it active the entire time. Today it tracked my run at 1.7 miles yet when if used a website to track it was 3 miles.

Might check that out. I went with the mapmyrun because it syncs with myfitnesspal, but it is way off so far. Both runs say they were 1 mile or more less than I actually ran.

Might be a little embarrassing to compare....haha I'll check that one out, thanks!

It'll be back within a week. I didn't go baby faced. Still have the goatee. I look like I'm 3 without at least a goatee

The girlfriend got me a "Jawbone UP" a couple weeks ago. It syncs with myfitnesspal. Don't know how accurate it is, but it tracks your sleep, steps, food, workouts...all that stuff. I've got a buddy with a fitbit and he loves it.

I've had the nike+ thing before too. It was very accurate on my runs. Just gotta go buy the chip for like $20. I've still got one around here somewhere.

So... I just landed on this video. I am not sure how this happened, but I guess I have never heard of scapular retraction before for whatever reason??? I am convinced not utilizing this is why my shoulder has been giving me fits.

I've been craving a bunch of grilled cheese sammiches lately. Think that's gonna be my guilty pleasure this weekend. 4 or 5 grilled cheeses
