    Does gears really help it that much.
    Like seriously Say I get some gears would my mpgs go back to where they were stock?

    Would help that's for sure, more pulling power for tires, less strain on engine, less RPMs at higher speeds, better mpg's.

    There is an app called speedHUD that I use sometimes as it is basically a speedometer on your phone.
    I just set my phone right there in front of the truck one lol
