    Glad they're doing something about the dipnetters but the fish waste isnt' the only problem. There is trash everywhere after the season ends. No one throws anything in a dumpster, it just goes on the ground. Tent ripped one night? meh....just leave it on the beach, no sense in taking it home. leg broke on your homemade filet table? just leave it. :annoyed:
