Dead hang? Nope lol. She's doing the kipper pull-ups and won't admit that they're not real pullups

Epiphany: Does anyone else notice that they poop a lot less on a cut? It makes sense, since you're getting less food than normal. I just realized today that I only have one slightly-pathetic poop per day, compared to my usual log-dropping bulk poo

I wonder, if someone ate the exact amount of calories they need to function and ate foods that the body could utilize 100%, if they could go without pooping :notsure:

    sorry,

cant happen. There is no way for your body to use 100% of what it takes in.

    Its science.

What an idiot. I've eaten a chocolate-covered fiber bar, a banana, and have drank a Coke every day for the past 3-4 months of my cut and have lost 22 lbs. Calories in vs calories out; it's not fucking rocket science lol

If I cut out the partying, I'd probably be 7-8% bf lol. I'm guaranteed to drink at least 6-7 beers every weekend. I only have "cheat meals" once a week, but the Saturday beers are definitely my downfall.

My partner (conveniently) showed up for chestnbi's day today....if he only shows up once a week, which is how it usually goes, it's gonna be on chestnbis day

Well apparently today is my cheat day. Bacon breakfast burritos for breakfast, pizza for lunch and a cool whip apple and milky way concoction that my boss is making for a dessert, which was all on our firm (only way will eat all of this). Good thing I already worked out and will be making chicken and quinoa for dinner.

According to this 1RM calculator, anywhere from 512 to 541 lbs

Might I add: HOLY FUCK, that's some weight!
