if they got everything and it was on time, it doesnt seem like too much of an issue. maybe just a reminder to be more careful i would think, unless there was other things besides that.

I've been here since February and I'm one of the two male caterers but they could probably replace me pretty easily. The whole restaurant goes on lock down to make sure that customer is happy when something is forgotten because of my stupid mistake.

When leave for a delivery the cooks put our hot panned food in our cambros which are big containers to keep food hot with slats in them and the food slides in in there pans. And we're supposed to double check everything when we get in the van or truck

When I was getting ready to go one of the cooks filled it up and told me everything was in there and told me where each pan was. Chickens and Q on top. Bean in the middle and ribs in the bottom and said I'm good to go. I glanced in it and only a few things were labeled to I thought it all must be in there but I didn't go down my list and double check each item.

I got half way to huger and manager calls and tells me I forgot chickens....

I got back to the restaurant and she tells me the waitress got my tip because she had to go out there and meet me. That's fine i don't care it was only a 30 dollar tip. And clocked out and told her my story and she just said that my boss (who owns the whole franchise and we get along and talk trucks and works out of the Mtp location) will talk to me this afternoon

If I loose this job I want to go back into the automotive industry. I got paid more per hour but MUCH less hours and I loved my job. I woke up excited to work on sports cars.

I hope I just get yelled at over getting fired. I've never been fired before and I can't afford to loose my job especially right now

I want to do that too. Mrgrimm does that and gets like an extra 10k miles out of them or something ridiculous. I'd have to go back and look in his thread.
