I may end up doing the same, im not sure how my work schedule is tomorrow but if i work late i don't wanna drive to lander in the dark. So i might shoot for saturday.

 

Damn and damn! 1st gen problems J/K, hope you both get back on the trail quickly. We will probably head up to Christina without you then Monte, looks to be pretty straight forward to get up there, up Sinks to Louis Lake and then Christina. Any thing worth noting?

 

Didn't bring firewood but brought a chainsaw and axes instead. Picking up my copilot and we are outta here

 

No need to bring firewood up there. The chainsaw will come in handy though .

Three spots. One, the big rock where I popped a tire. Not a bad obstacle. Two. Big down hill section on the way to the river. 3 different routes. All challenging and fun. Then the river crossing which has a huge ass ledge at the other side. Don't go up. Take the left line. Or by pass. You won't make it up with out 35s minimum

 

Saw Travis in lander tonight and went up to the top of the switches with them. So bummed I can't join

Bad ATM. Better in the morning though. Haha josh and I are gonna head down Saturday. I won't get to do Christina sadly. But another night at Shoshone won't be bad

I could leave at a decent hour in the morning and shoot over to Powell or i could take the other route and meet you over in Greybull or even Worland. Whatever works really.

 

How far is lander for you? I go through thermop

 

About 4.5 hours if i go to Buffalo then cut across the mountains to Worland
