id take a high squat over high bench any day. i actually think benching is kinda stupid i only do it so that i don't end up with a little bird chest haha

 

i just never really liked benching that's why my bench sucks. also i never do arms so my lockout is terrible.

Did a group workout with my fiancé tonight (her idea) and it was the big gist waste of $20. The trainer basically told us to run 1 mile come back do 4 different sets of abs, run another mile, the same set of abs then 3 hills. My fiancé was all into it and needs that extra "push" but it was a waste for me. She made $50 tonight doing nothing and not contributing any training knowledge.

 

if I win another $100, I'll have enough to buy an xbone, knee sleeves and adipowers

Fuck squats, all I want to do now is play Nintendo.

 

Something extremely dangerous happened today at the gym, after about 4 sets of bench, i was running low on O2, and had a brain fart and loaded one side of the barbell with 2x45s 1x25 and the other side with 2x45s 1x10 and 1x25, went and unracked and thought Hmm, left side sure feels heavier, but my left side always been weaker so i thought nothing of it, sure enough after i touched my chest i was like fuck i must've loaded the weight wrong. decide to just man it up and right side came up way too fast and weight started sliding off the left side. i had like half a second to think of what to do and i decide to lower the bar and reset my position, i shifted my right hand about 1 inch closer to the left to balance the weight, note at this point gym is pretty empty and i had nobody near me. after about 10 seconds of pausing, i had one of the slowest bench grinder of my life. but i manage to lock it out. got up and looked at the bar i just laughed.

Well, we went to the bar last night. According to the fiance, I woke up around 3am and pissed on the floor in the middle of the bedroom Needless to say, no lifting today....just gonna sit here and drink copious amounts of water and reflect on my actions

for some reason, yes. I usually wake up at 3 and 5 am to take the dog out and, when I woke up at 3 this morning, as soon as I planted my feet onto the floor, I felt wetness...I yelled at the dog and my finacee woke up and informed me that it was me who made pee pee at around 2 am....

 

Did that on my 21st only it was on my roommates freshly washed clothes at 3am after he drove us around and bought me like 40$ in alcohol lol.
