I've already started building a story where the two trucks in the driveway are jealous of the truck in the garage and have it cornered, bullying it. I'm working a "Maximum Overdrive" angle to the story.

Hows the mpg compare now?

 

Installed my differential drop today.

 

Just clean and detailed it. Finally got the tires black! Spray painted the exhaust black too.

 

Helped change my front diff seals and rotated my tires. hopefully the diff won't leak again for a long while.

 

Well I've burned half a tank, and some of that was before the regear.

My scangauge reads that I can pull around 20-21 to town and back which is running 50-55 on country roads for about 9 miles one way. It also reads the mpg for the tank so far at 19.9

In short, it seems to be good but it's to early too tell what I'll average.

 

with 33" tires? awesome. Manual or auto?

I plan to bob it, it came from a 2nd gen DCSB.

 

I would think your speedo and odo are a bit off now. When I did mine it seemed like the speedo was like 10 or 15 high. Have you done anything to compensate?

Is this an xtra cab or register cab canopy? I'll call him tomorrow but it's 2am here how hard would it be to replace the side glass? Thoughts?

 

Oh wow, I would have never guessed. I was under the impression you could just hose it off with soapy water and call it good.
