Thanks. It was actually really soft upfront in superstition, got that pretty much taken care of. The rear is close. But it left me wanting more adjustment in the rear for compression. All the way open and still to stiff. Once I opened it all the way it got better so I know I'm getting closer. Wut order do u have the 10/12 compression stack?

Those who have a bed cage and rear shocks coming through it facing the same direction, did you grind off the old shock mounts and make some new ones? Trying to find a bed cage where I can still utilize most of the bed and still cram some 16 triple bypasses through it.

Look at my build thread; I lose nearly zero bed space to the bed cage. It's the rear half, that I put in as part of a roof top tent rack/base, where I start to lose bed space.

Without the gas can holder the only bed space your are losing up front is the diameter of the tube.

No, the allen head bleed screws that are screwed into the piston inside the shock body.

You can get bolts with small head sizes on them, so yes. ARP makes some nifty 12 point bolts, as well as F-911 with a large shank and small head. (That's what she said) Mine are 1/2" bolts with 3/4" hex heads on them and a normal wall thickness snap on socket is a little tight.

Pretty much the same. The piston is between the rebound and compression shims so you can do it al in the same step.

Boogarwelding complete. Waiting for paint to dry and I'll finally begin the assembly phase!

I need to get a real plug in welder one of these days. This Readywelder draws so many amps if you weld continuous for an hour or so it melts the terminals out of an Optima!

If you're running a 3/4 head then I should be able to fit a 5/8 head easily right ?

    Ya.

They are pretty handy. I bought mine used about seven years ago, and welded my cage, sliders, several bumpers, etc with it. I've never had a single weld fail, and no issues with the welder other than the battery thing posted above. I think that is my fault though, I was being pretty hard on it and welded continuously for about an hour.
