You may know this, or have already figured it out, but you do not need bigger rims for bigger tires. 285/75/16 are the same size as 285/70/17 (the size I'd recommend if you want to go bigger). The smaller the rim the better for off-roading and airing down on the sand, because there is more rubber for contact with the surface. Also - if you are replacing your rims and/or tires, you can usually sell them used online (250-500 for a set of used TRD rims with worn out tires)

I have Wet Okole seat covers and they are awesome. I think those covers and good tires are the 2 first mods I would recommend to anyone. The covers give your truck a nice personalized look, add comfort, and protect your truck. Do the tires first but ask for the seat covers for your b'day or xmas.

Yes i am now clear on the rims/tires thing but boy did it confuse me at first!

No way i can sell em?! How how how! Ebay? Wow that would be awesome. Do people really want used TRD stock rims?

I'll be researching that! I really want seat covers and weathertecs soon

Sell them on craigslist or whatever used websites are popular in your area.

People buy used sets. I bought a set to put my winter tires on so I don't have to pay to swap them every year. Less people looking for winter tires in California but I'm sure some people want two sets there as well (mudders, and hwy tires) or people replacing the plain jane steel wheels that come on the non-sr5 models.

Looks great! You should dip your wheels black and put black TRD center caps on them. Looks great.

I did it once before though and i dunno, i want somthing a bit more permanent. So if anything i'd powder coat them and that isnt reversible.

Aside from wheels, are there any other mods you think you'll want?

Oh you don't have all that? Why don't you buy all those before buying rims?

Also you have BHLM and headlights. What's up with that?
