Miles...I'm thinking the same. I doubt if a rear alum will be built and besides...prob a good idea for steel in the rear for the weight benefit and traction. I'll prob just go ahead and get the rear as well..:) Fuck it...:) Sliders...wait...:( I only wanna drop so much dime at a time and besides...I'm prob gonna go with Slee sliders that Iven showed me...:D

Ballpark figure on shipping charges? Or is it gonna be based on total weight?

Edit: Miles...make it full hoops on the front now. I don't want to regret it later...:D

Depending how they do it. We could just divide by how much people is in the group buy or go by weight? Either way we do it everybody is going to save a few hundred dollars on shipping. When Mike and I did it it cost $600 to ship (2) front bumpers, (2) IFS skids and (2) mid skids.

    Aluminum.

    Steel is $300 cheaper.

    Yeah it works.
Dang I was hoping to see more of the strength of the bumper from impact of objects.

Don't have time when it comes to a GB lol I might just roll with the steel one just because I know I will be using mine to ram into stuff and I wanna know it will be strong enough to take it.

    Bring it on!!!

I can't imagine them banging a bumper into something just to display it's strength. Doesn't sound cost effective for a small business. And honestly, I don't plan to bang into something unless it's another driver not paying attention (air bags). It has to be stronger then an OEM plastic bumper anyways, so there's a plus up there. But, if you plan on banging into boulders, large trees or farm animals...get the steel one...:D
