    Look at build!
Heres how my floors turned out at 42psi. by far the best texture ive gotten so far for my preference. Im pretty sure the higher pressure you do the smoother it will come out. Im getting ready to do the bed of the 83 im building so ill play with the higher pressure and get back to you..

Thanks. I'm trying to go for a texture-less surface. As close to looking like a regular paint job as possible.

Plastidipped my emblem yesterday. Don't know how I really fell about it. Will probably peel it off today

I would not thin out a bedliner such as the raptor it will make it unstable and prone to cracking. If you want a smoother texture use a Spray Gun not the underliner gun that is generally sold with bed liner kits. I spray the Raptor and the USC Defender bedliners out 2.0 and 3.0 Iwata's. The texture is very smooth. More pressure will also help flatten the texture out, but there is only so much that can be accomplished thru air pressure change.

    Damn that came out nice!

doesn't look half bad because of your windshield sticker and the d rings.. But it definitely makes the emblem stand out a lot.

    Look at build!

Thanks! I like it and the lighter color is actually way better than the original black that I had before. I did my sequoia wheels with it as well except gunmetal..

Yeah I'm gonna JB weld the f out of it asap, change my oil, and then look for a good deal on a CAI.. I just don't want a CAI where the filter is oiled. I don't know if they make such a thing though, gonna have to research

Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
Ordered my Uniden 980 CB today. NOAA weather and a built in SWR meter were the main selling points. Having sideband is also nice on busy trails and events.

    Got it weighed

4240 lbs - the 200 lbs love machine driving it = 4040 lbs.

    Does that sound right?

Fiberglass might work also, maybe both. First jb weld, then cover with fiberglass.
