Had those before too, they are a great tire until they get to the last 10,000 miles then wet traction becomes more of an issue, could've just been my set though.

BTW Matt, the more I saw your best top over the RTT, the more I liked it, and for me would be perfect. I was trying to find ways to mount on top but it became a pain, so I might have to steal that idea!

John, you know how to repair a window's 7 Starter Edition install that wont boot into the repair sector? HD is corrupted, but I dont think its a mechanical failure. Everytime I try boot up repair I just get a black screen. No disk provided.

Tell Ron I said thanks but I got it. Abascus racing told me to go to Gregory's Drive line shop. They used their 100 ton press....cool little shop. They do all sorts of custom drive shafts and have some cool shop tools. u4a8e4az_5d895c6f408eca8f68da2e043554bc756093a001.jpgbu9y3eja_b70a5d2df4fabefc9c24d61b1601e12258bcd866.jpgneve7yqu_916a7ca3d7c3c712adbae58fc6346dd05756d2f6.jpg

NO WAY I was going to beat that sucker out. Took way over the suggested 15-20ton. I thought it was toast but the splines weren't damaged.

Holy hell. You ripped the splines right off the axel! Something must have been caught real bad... Glad to see the race is good though. Were you able to pull the old c-clip out?

That was a brand new OEM CV. The c clip usually breaks.... this one was made with kryptonite I guess. I had to clean the remnants out with a punch and pry the c clip out. Was kinda worried I just destroyed a $400 cv with zero miles on it.

So my daughter thought it a good idea to not hit the brakes on her bike while rideing down the road and into our driveway. And right into the front of my wife's 4runner.

Since F8 Didn't work... why not just load Win7Pro or 8? You can pull data off current drive first by slaving it, then disk check, if OK load the bitch up.

WOW! That was quite the mess!!! Glad you got it out. Were they expensive? Good place to have knowledge of as there's so few places that do anything "custom" theses days.

We got the house rented, and better yet to a couple we've known for 18 years!!! THey're meticulous and we've been in the last 3 places they've rented... all taken care of extremely well! Huge relief! All our shit is in storage here in VB except clothes, tool, and some necessities. Dropped the armory off to the in-laws in NC yesterday (almost all) cause NY has issues with anything that is to the regular joes advantage. Today we are headed to the wife's school so she can quit and grab our mini fridge, go to U-Haul (AGAIN) for a 5X8 trailer, load it up with what we have left, clean the house top to bottom, and we roll out Thursday early AM. Hoping to be back in October for a long weekend visit... then who knows. Our fingers are crossed for about a 2 to 2.5 year "deployment".

Next weekend I'm going up to my cousin's house out by Rich Stadium. He used to build houses and roads back in the day, so he still has his toys... buldozer, road grater, dump truck etc. He also has a ton of land. He was teling me he was bored so he dozed a bunch of new trails through the hill side. I'm hoping its not too dense and steep. He already said I can do whatever out there. They do alot of sledding (snowmobiles) year round so my worry is the'll be too narrow. We shall see. If it's nice... some of you could make the small drive :)D) with some planning. The attention you'll get... or your trucks will get is INSANE!!!!

I saw more lifted Tacos on the road YESTERDAY from my house to the Raliegh-Durham area than I've seen Tacoma's (period) in the 4 months I've been in Buffalo!!!

Don't forget to add "steps" when you lift it.

Don't want to buy a new OS. Besides, its a netbook with 2GB Ram and I only bought it to tune the AEM FIC. It barely runs Win 7 basic. That said, I could put 4GB in if I upgrade the OS... Hmm.

Anyways, before doing that, cab I use a current Win 7 install (the one I got from you) to make a recovery disk and do a repair install? They would be two different editions...
