Jesus, this again? I thought we had gotten off the bashing. If you look at this season she has done pretty dang good. A lot better than other guys. Hell look how well she did at Daytona in July by avoiding major damage in TWO of the major wrecks. You want to bash her for not winning races, but there are a butt load of other drivers out there that haven't won either. You're just pissed because she is a girl, and because she is in the media all the time. Guess what pays the bills? Media attention. It's not HER fault that there is so much media attention, that is just how it is. Regardless of HOW you all feel about her, you have GOT to admit she is doing a lot better this season.

What are you and Danica related? Get off her nuts already. She's a poor driver like half the field and will never be a champion. EVER!

from what I have read online. It's not gonna hurt him much since he is more or less locked in the chase.

This is what I saw it as. Almost like a free for all in "testing" stuff even once you're locked in. Although the infraction sounded more safety related than performance related.

That's one thing I wish Nascar was more transparent with is how these cars work down to the small things.

Yea, probably both safety and performance but I'm not sure how not completely air sealing block off plates would improve performance, over my head. Obviously aero, but how I don't know.

What happened? I'll have to look that up. Time to check news feed again.

And what are you? From the future and know everything? She is a good driver, if you have watched at all. Slow start, but has made huge strides this season. A hell of a lot better than some other drivers. Maybe she won't be a champion, but neither will 80 percent of the drivers that are on the track today. You don't like her, fine. I couldn't care less. You don't like what I have to say, feel free to ignore it and move on.

OK, read a basic article on Hamlin's team. I have to say that for THAT infraction, safety of the driver was at risk. It sucks that Hamlin has to suffer for it, but that was just DANGEROUS to not have that safety plate in place.

Lots of serious issues at the start. Tires seem to be a big issue for sure. I'm hoping that the front end damage isn't too sever. Back on lead lap. I can't believe crew chief didn't bring her in on first caution. Car was loose as hell already. Should have brought it in.

Amazing how they say "the only way Gordon can utilize those fresh tires is a caution" then 2 seconds later there's a caution
