    Lol I was looking for a first gen then found this one and couldn't pass it up. I'm not looking forward to getting up at 5am at all this week.

    I wanted a silver 01 xtra cab offroad 4x4 with 94k but passed on it because i fell in love with S10s again. Then i hunted an immaculate 2003 dark blue S10 ZR2 4x4 auto with only 72k and ended up going to look at my current truck instead.

    Tacoma is the way to go. I wanted a first gen (only 01-04 though) xtra cab TRD v6 preferably 5 speed with a good frame. Got mine back in September with 55,777 miles on it. Stickered at $14,000, after everything was said and done my monthly payment on it is $216

    When i bought mine it was a pig sty. The guy smoked nasty smelling cigars in it, there was raccoon shit in the engine compartment, it had chrome door edge guard only on the passenger side door (all the way around i might add, so that when you opened the door, it would scrape the front fender) :facepalm:

    It also had stickers on the mirrors (everywhere but under the stickers was faded), a bug deflector that i gave away i hated so much, and running boards that were sold within a few days. I scrubbed for a week and got all the smells out. You'd never tell it was smoked in. And i washed everything, engine bay, frame, bed, anywhere i could reach. Then it got buffed and waxed.

    Then started modding. Only thing it came with that i kept was the cap and the vent visors.

    The only thing mine came with was the wheels already painted black, speedo reset for 285/75/16 tires (with stock sized tires on it), and Toytec lift. I went and looked at it and test drove it only a couple days after the dealership got it in and it when I went to test drive it we had to go down the street to the body shop where they get their vehicles detailed and it wasn't even cleaned or detailed yet when I test drove it.

    I got mine from my dad complete with the dents I caused it and 13 years of hauling me to practices :eek: I wouldn't ever trade it though
