Just watched some of last years cross fit and I have no clue what the hell they are doing or why they would do some of exercises. They had to climb over a wall, do a burpee then climb back over and do a burpee and repeat over and over again. Seems weird to me.

I'm not sure I can take a pic or get somebody here to take a pic. They will be like WTF are you doing at work. Just put the boxes where to go and quit holding them LOL I guess its like elbows by your side, hands out in front of you with palm side up holding the box or boxes. Maybe I'm just retarded and looking for things to do.

Although, I do agree 100% with the posted sign :D

    Awesome!

So, you're asking if manual labor is a good substitution for exercise? The answer is yes. Just because you're not doing curls in a gym with dumbbells, doesn't mean you're not getting an effective workout. I have a friend who works on a farm and has never step foot in a gym and he looks like a powerlifter.

Manual labor is good Yes but what it sounds like you're doing is a half curl position isometric squeeze...

Any physical activity is not a waste of time, however, it all depends on what you're trying to accomplish...a farmer carry would benefit you more

Bought my bulking food this morning. Surprisingly, it was only $70, which is only $20 more per week than my cutting food

I don't know how this came out so cheap, but I thought it'd be more since I'm eating for micros and macros now, where on my cut, I completely neglected micros.

Yeah, the most expensive stuff was my dairy, meat, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything else was cheap

see i don't drink milk or really eat cheese, meat is pretty cheap where i live, and i rarely eat fruits and veggies, i'd say my diet is 70% meat 10% eggs 9% rice and potato 1% fruit.
