That looks pretty good, but you would achive the same stiffness/strength (if not more) with an "X" design, and reduce the amount of materials needed.

i couldnt figure a way to do an x internally like this the middle brace can be welded in then the other brace could be welded after that

You may want to consider a gusset of some sort at the spindle mount point.

what is your reasoning for building your own?....hopefully its not because you plan on cost savings. You have to remember that the big boys (TC, camburg...) spend some hefty change on R&D...so they have reasons for the big price tag. If your intent is to make something better than what is on the market, I think you would be hard pressed to acomplish that....however, if your intent is to build them simply because you can and want to, & dont care about the cost or repeated headaches from ironing out the details and learning to fabricate well enough to trust your life on your skills- (years) then go for it!...I will surley buy a set off of you....sign me up 1st for the group buy...how about $1000? will that come with a set of UCA's as well? steering linkage?

im still in the design mod i first plan to make out one side and set up a mock mount to see how everything cycles through. and i just like to build shit so i figured why the hell not. i know i wont be able to compete with tc or camburg but i like saying i did this.

How is it gonna turn? You need a ball joint of some sort at the base, and top of the spindle. Also need some way to mount the brake caliper. :)
