    Too many to list now.
4 1/8 is what the instructions say. 4 3/8 will assure you have no (or very little grinding to do)

I got mine the other day so I might be asking for some helpful hints in the near future if you don't mind.

Before I posted anything here, I wanted to run a few tanks of gas just to get some data. I made three changes to my truck recently:
    1. Installed the snorkel
    2. K&N drop in filter
    3. New Michelin street tires Radial LT2 (replaced my worn out Duratracks)

All three changes were made somewhere between 6/16 - 6/26. Most of my driving is Highway, only about 10% is city.

    Here is the data:

Date Miles Gallons MPG Price City %
    7/28/14 367.7 17.82 20.64 3.989 50%
    7/25/14 352.9 17.8 19.83 4.669
    6/28/14 310.4 15.69 19.79 4.109
    6/26/14 268.8 12.98 20.71 4.349
    6/16/14 303.6 17.82 17.04 3.909 20%
    4/30/14 310 17.42 17.8 3.809 15%
    4/9/14 291.9 17.83 16.37 3.719 15%
    3/19/14 238.5 15.22 15.67 3.739
    2/7/14 260.7 17.94 14.53 3.569 50%
    12/26/13 294.7 18.15 16.24 3.639 50%

I think the combination of those three changes gave me an increase of about 2-3 MPG's.

Are those 2 white plastic clips meant to be used with the 2 screws for the pillar bracket? Did anyone seal those 2 screws with silicone or something similar to prevent any leaking?

I didn't use them either, I didn't want to drill holes in my A-pillar.

I drilled into the pillar, used the screws no clips and no silicone, had them rip out about a year ago and haven't fixed it since

I had Eric CNC me a new, longer pillar attachment but just haven't gotten around to loosening up the whole things and dropping in some plastic expanders and some short screws/bolts.

What about new street tires as opposed to the old all terrains, and of course the snorkel? :)

Seems like a good amount of people aren't using the pillar bracket. I kinda didn't want to drill into it either. Maybe I'll leave it off for now, cause it sounds like there hasn't been any issues.

    Good to know. Thanks guys!

My money is on the street tires contributing the most, follow by a little bit by the snorkel allowing more air in.
