Icon 3" lift, lots more to come...
Hey guys I'm looking for a little help here. Just installed the toyetec boss kit and LR UCA's. After getting it aligned I noticed a sort of clunking sound only when turning into a driveway a little faster than normal. I poked my head underneath and noticed a few things.
    1. Sway bar is not centered from left to right. Is this an issue?

    2. Sway bar is almost touching the drivers side coil over. There's more space on the the passenger side. Is this an alignment issue or reason for concern? Possibly the caster is off?

    3. I noticed some shinny spots on my steering stops that weren't there prior to the lift. I'm pretty sure this is where the sound is coming from. Is this an alignment issue or reason for concern?

I'm taking it back to the shop to have them check there work. Just want to know what I should expect to be fixed by them. Any help would be appreciated.

Start by removing your sway bar and putting it in a dumpster.

In all honesty.. I'd remove my sway bar if I was you. Less problems and noises, I had it taken off after I had my toytec ultimate lift installed and honestly it just makes it more fun to drive in my opinion.

Remove sway bar and try to replicate the noise, that will tell you pretty fast what the issue is. It only takes 5 minutes to remove.

A small handful of select mods.
Were the coils assembled when you got the kit or did someone put them together while installing the lift? The spring could be on the coil wrong putting it closer to one side.

However you also state that the swaybar is not centered. Are your LR UCA ball joints both adjusted to the same distance in the slot hole on top?

So it turns out I was just rubbing a bit. Did a little trimming and noise is gone. Sorry for the late update. Better late than never =)
