i offered up an ebay auction idea just so it would open it up to the whole forum and bring better money for the vendors but i dont believe anything ever happened with that setup. sean did anyone seem interested in hosting the ebay auction for the big ticket items?

Do you think we should make a thread on Tw? Buyer pays shipping on all things. Then the auction is done online and the bidding/payment can be don't prior to the event into the paypal account? Then the raffle items will be a show up only type thing?

Like start the bidding Thursday and let it go till Friday at like 10am to allow for the payment?

I would like to keep it local, but if we can raise more funds and you're willing to take charge of it- have at it...

I think for sure it could make more money. The funds would just be paid in the paypal account bama set up. I think it would raise more money then if a local guy wins he can get it that day if we have it available.
