30 and younger thread

I know the subject has kind of passed but just wanted to say I didn't know crap when I was 20. Did I know that at the time? No. But it's amazing what a difference there is a 3 years. I think you're going to learn a lot in your future. Good luck with it all!

True. I worked full time while in school which made it less fun/exciting. Not to say I didn't go party all the time but it just was more of a hassle than my friends who didn't. So maybe I just enjoy my 40 hour weeks plus nothing else more now (instead of school plus 40 hours).

I don't see the same friends as often but I've made new ones and still see them every once in a while

 

being so busy that you have very little time for anything else makes you a very productive person

 

I have a full course load of classes, work part time, am part of executive council for my fraternity, and still make time for my friends, all while commuting from half an hour away.

 

I mean I drive back and forth a lot because of meetings for my fraternity and making parties and social events so that I can get the most out of my college experience.

 

Well I work a 3 full time jobs, take 24 credits, commute 2 hours uphill both ways in the snow, and have a triple major

I still cant find any f's floating around for a half an hour commute.


my gf lived 3 hours away. work, school, social, exercise, her all the while bring in the 4.0s

 

I'm not trying to compare to anybody, I am just telling you my experience.

 

And i am just putting it in prospective

 

you for got the head wind and 28mpg w/a 20ft, 6499lb trailer.

 

Psh.. drpped a 4bt in there so 35 mpg and a 10000lb trailer

I cannot figure out this time share stuff for the life of me.

 

Me to, until I get my paycheck and then I'm very happy I don't have school to get in the way of work.

Because class is easy? lol Was nice in my last semester when I only had like one class a day.

I didn't buy it lol Mom and step dad did.

 

u wont think that way when ur done and have a career. then you'll just be excited about making $. at least that was me, i missed school and school friends for a little bit after graduating, but then once i got comfortable with work, no I'm just digging my feet in, making money
