I'm drinking both of these... as they are brewed about 7 miles from my place. My buddies wife works there. Their TapRoom is awesome.

There are so many microbreweries in Sonoma County I might set up a company like for Beer Vacations... That would be awesome.

It's been so damn hot out today I have been drinking iced tea without alcohol and still not peeing. I am afraid to drink much beer while I am working outside because I get dehydrated too easily.

Drinking some of my Franken-Trip (Belgian Tripel) that I brewed back in April. She's rounding out nicely.

The capped bottles came out great, but the few flip-top bottles are a bit under-carbed. Thinking about pouring that lot into a 2.5 keg and force carbing.

I think kegging will be my next big investment...right now I am planning to upgrade my mashtun a bit with a better manifold system.

Seems so, but I doubt you will have too much trouble finding some...my local store had plenty.

It's pretty rudimentary...just a Coleman Xtreme 50Qt. cooler that I fit with a CPVC manifold and a valve. When I get the money I want to invest in a nice false bottom but for time being a cheap upgrade will to replace the CPVC with copper and stainless mesh for filtration.

You're going to like the false bottom once you start using it. We have that going in our 10Gal. Next step is the brew sculpture
