$125, but I'd prefer to sell local to avoid shipping.

-edit I forgot that they were drilled out to 3/8" to accept an upper uniball instead of ball joints.

Can someone point me in the right direction here. My dad has a 2004 5 luger and I ordered him some shocks off rock auto and they sent us 6 lug shocks. It clearly stated 2.4 base when we bought them. From that I assumed they would be correct. Now I cant find any sort of stock shocks to replace any where! Can someone show me a place? Or sell me theirs in good shape? Thanks!

Could I put on a better leaf pack, relocate my shackle mounts and put the right new shackles on but still use my stock shock location?

I just dont want to waste money buying a stock pack when I want to go LT as soon as I can

Sorry if this is a stupid question

I think he's trying to do it in steps... As long as you either limit it at stock travel (maintaining current shocks) or buy new shocks to handle the additional travel it'd probably work.

Think of it this way though, stock shocks are what maybe 6" travel? Most lt se ups have more than that in just uptravel. Now figure in the stock pack thickness vs lt pack thickness. Now the shock mounts are 5-6" farther apart vs stock. New rear shocks would need to be minimum 10" like what im running just to drive it. Cant really drive the truck hard till thats fixed and figuring be doesnt have the front done its gonna be crazy tall in the back with lt so just gotta look at it from all directions

I know, I'd go with the new shocks option personally.

To be fair though, he said "Could I" not "Should I" haha. I'd personally say wait and do it all together, I think they look dumb with just one end done. Unless you have a nice mid travel setup up front and then LT the rear.

I have taller/ stiffer springs up front and lift spindles so I'm lifted about 5" (the springs are kindof a ??) The rat has an aal and the scariest shackles you will ever see (previous owner did some questionable stuff). I just want to know if I can run an aftermarket leaf pack and use the same one later when I go lt. If not what would be a good one to look for now. I just don't want stock replacements. Even relocating the hangers I'd fine, I just don't want to cut up my bed yet. I think that will wait until I have a kit for the front

I honestly don't know enough about LT to comment I'd ask those guys for sure. But I'd say relocate all the spring stuff now and get the leaf pack you want to run sorted out and then measure for shocks. But that means you need to buy shocks twice...
