Quinoa is pretty damn good, I'd definitely check it out.

I'm not necessarily cutting as I don't bulk at all. I'm 6'1" and 203 right now, but trying to lose some more weight and fat before my wedding. I was 233 a year ago and recently been cutting the calories and working out a lot more (3 mile runs 3x week plus lifting 3x week and 1.5 mile runs 3x week). I'm normally a moderate size person (not fat or skinny), but let myself go for a bit so I lost all definition prior to working out a year ago.

I think as long as you keep carbs around 250 g, keep protein at least 1g per lb of bodyweight, keep fat as low as possible (~60-70g), and eat at a slight deficit (~300-500 calories), you should lose fat without sacrificing hardly any muscle...that's what works for me, anyway

    I like going to reddit
    seeing people's horrible form checks

thinking to myself how to correct their form
then applying the "don'ts" to my lifts

anyone else do something like that?

For the 1% in here who might do an endurance workout. I had some freetime at the gym today when a client couldnt make it for a session, and i didnt want to do our programmed CF wod because i wanted something that wasnt revolved around weights. So came up with a long burner of a WOD on the spot. 3 miles of running total

A crossfit box asking people to post pictures to a form of social media? Odd.

not really a crossfit box, we are a crossfit affiliate but only run a few crossfit classes a day, mostly a personal training studio, and circuit classes that don't use barbells because they intimidate most people.

not really...just keep things separate. why have a circuit class for people who don't feel confident doing complicated oly lifts, so they can hurt themselves?...they can do the crossfit classes if they want to use a barbell. they still do plenty of stuff, tire flips ropes, slam balls, dumbbell work, kettle bells...we also do a class for older women in there late 70s probably a good idea for them to be doing clean and jerks huh? we don't even have an open gym everything is classes. having people post pics on social media is a good way to expand a business aswell.....so nothing like planet fitness

    moron...
