I didn't have my truck a year before i started hauling wood, dead animals, and lots of other fun things. Its a fucking truck, while it can me cleaned and maintained, its nothing but transportation if you don't "use" it. And if you got a truck with no intention of "using" it, then you should've stuck to cars.

All this bashing of preRunners and now you won't offroad?! *coughcoughhypocritecough*

I might also add, 2wd with weight in the bed and adequate throttle application is pretty damn capable too.

Lol, my Prerunners been deeper then a lot of 4wds today. But yes, when my g-pa gets a new truck, he immediately takes it to the woods to get a little dirt or some scratches on it. Then he doesn't have to worry about scratching it when he's offroad at the hunting camp

Lol or I just like to take care of my things :) I'm not gonna purposely put scratches in it "because it's a truck". If I wanted to drive a shitty, scratched up, POS, I would've bought a $2000 POS off Craigslist.

I like my truck, and I do my best to care for it, however I will still use it for truckly things, I do my best to make sure not to scratch it when doing stuff, but sometimes it happens

I'm not saying put scratches and dents on it. I have put two dents on my truck in 2.5 years and both about made me cry. I'm saying be smart about using it as you use it. I said nothing about abusing it. I for one am crazy enough to pay to have my entire bed removed and repainted just because of a few dents and scratches.

I bought a used chrome bumper just because i didn't like the dents on the one that came on my truck. I'll dump money in making it pristine, use the piss out of it and build it back up again.

I want to make my truck a base camp, i want to be able to live and travel out of it even if i don't get to travel the country with it like i'd like to.

And if one day my 1GR fails me.....there will be a 2JZ and copious amounts of boost. ;)

If it happens there will be a LT set up to go with that power. Even though i'm 2,000 from the desert.

    We can dream eh?

I sure hope my 1GR never dies, it shouldn't.

Yes lol. Cause I don't mud haha. I offroad. I will go out of my way to go around a deep puddle or mud hole. Sometimes it's unavoidable though
