16x8" Five Stars should be back in stock by late next month (July).

Here are a few more photos of a pre-production sample of the new 17x8.5" Five Star which will also be released soon (see attached).

That's the same way I feel when I see that adio3x is going to put a new set of wheels on his 4Runner. Can't wait to see the 17" Five Stars on your 4Runner!

Have anyone have any problems issues running this with Maxtrac 4" lift?

You won't have any "problems" to speak of. The wheels will clear the suspension just fine due to the 3.52" back spacing. However, since the Maxtrac 4" spindle lift increases the overall wheel track, and since the 16x8" -25mm offset (3.52" back spacing) FN Wheels Five Stars are a pretty aggressive fit (wider track) you might have to do some extra trimming of plastics depending on the tire size / model that you install. Maxtrac suggests a 17" minimum diameter wheel, but there have been a number of members of this forum who've installed 16" wheels with no problems, so long as the offset/backspacing is low enough (the Five Star is definitely low enough).

Do you have these in stock? Or, will they be in around the end of July as well? I called in a month ago or so to preorder the anthracite gunmetal wheels, but I'm starting to feel these quite a bit now.

16" and 17" are officially back in stock and shipping as of this week. I hope to have photos of the wheels installed on various Tacomas, 4Runners, FJs, Tundras, etc. as soon as possible.

The color in the sample photo is actually just a computer rendering of the wheel in an "alloy silver" color.

Final production colors for the 17" Five Star are:

    Anthracite light gunmetal (gloss)
    Matte black
    Matte bronze

    :)

Have you installed these with 265/75R16 or 265/70R16 yet? I'm going to ride on my stock tires for a bit and really like these, but am curious how much trimming is involved.
have you encountered any issues with rubbing with stock tire sizes (TRD OR) or 265/75R16 with these wheels?

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
I went through every page and could not find out wether these wheels are hub centric or lug centric. Anyone?

    Thank you for your order!

You can install your original (stock) 265/70R16 tires. There will be a little bit of rubbing on the mud flaps with stock suspension due to the -25mm offset. You could probably get away with 265/75R16 on stock suspension, but you'll need to remove the front mud flaps, trim a piece of fender liner (if your truck is a 2005-2011), and possibly trim a small portion of over fender plastic. Again, this is with 265/75R16 tires and stock suspension.

As far as looks go, the wheels really look their best on a lifted truck with larger tires.

This is a truck we lifted approximately 2" and installed 265/75R16 BFG Mud Terrain KM2 tires with 16x8" -25mm offset FN Wheels Five Stars:

    http://www.fnwheels.com/wp-content/gallery/fn-wheels-five-star/humberto_taco_five_star_02.jpg

With this lift and whee/tire combo we did not have to remove the front mud flaps or trim the over fenders. This is a great setup, and it shows you don't need a full 3" lift and 285/75R16 tires to look good. This setup gives plenty of additional ground clearance, looks, fits, and drives great.

The FN Wheels Five Stars are machined hub centric for Toyota trucks.
