2009 4x2 PreRunner 4.0L V6 5-Speed Auto.. got it with the TRD Sport package, Double cab short bed.

I know almost nothing about trucks, and my motorhead friend is in alaska for the semester. What would you guys recommend I do to give my truck the highest performance possible (without swapping the engine).

Thanks for the advice! Anything else? Exhaust/Intake/etc... Money is not an issue here. Just looking to do insane, horrible, terrible things to my truck :).

Exaust and intake is always good. Since money isn't an issue I would go with the trd exaust and intake.

Do you see their performance as up to par with other exhaust/intakes?

Also, the TRD Sport package I got with the truck... does it come with anything I would normally upgrade to, or is that wishful thinking? xD

Exhaust won't net you much gain. TRD intake is decent.

The only real improvement you'll see is through properly tuned forced induction. TRD supercharger maintains the factory warranty with a nice performance boost.

Hmm... If we were disregarding keeping the warranty, what would you recommend adding? Money really isnt an issue at all. I'm just trying to go for top tier performance.

You have to buy the base supercharger then get the parts separate for stage 3, I don't think they sell a kit for it.

The parts for each stage are listed towards the bottom of the page I linked to.

This kind of intake mod with give you the absolute maximum amount of power out of your engine. The only other thing to do would be replace stock drive train components with lightweight ones or try to drop some excess weight from the truck. Obviously you're going to need some racing tires and suspension if you want to be able to control this thing.
