    Back to the topic at hand: Finished my last final for summer semester today and went to the gym to celebrate for chestnbis, which turned into chestnbisntris. I left my pre-workout at the gym yesterday, so I just took it right before I started working out, so when I got done with chest, it was just kicking in, so I superset bi's and tri's...I was shaking driving home.

    Incline barbell bench: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 155, 155, 165, 155
    Flat bench: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 155, 155, 165, 175
    Incline flys: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ 30, 25, 25, 20 lb dumbbells
    Cable crossovers: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 70, 70, 80, 70 lbs

    Superset:
    incline dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 w/ 25 lb dumbbells (2 secs up, pause, 2 secs down)
    single-arm dumbbell extension: 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 w/ 25 lb dumbbell

    Superset:
    concentration curls: 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 w/ 25 lb dumbbells (2 secs up, pause, 2 secs down)

    I was there i cringed...but thats what happens when they put a 250k dollar prize on the line people try to hard, but u gota hate the individuals (like this bitch) not the whole sport cuz some people do it really well. that was during the team event and a guy on another team pulled almost 700 cleanly...not to mention the 65 year old guy who pulled 565, that made me feel like a lil bitch

    I don't necessarily hate the entire sport... But there just too many of these idiots in the sport that do it... I means that right there is a "professional" :confused:

    I like to do deadlifts, powercleans, squats, etc... but I like to do it right. I'd get into more oly lifts but some just take to much time to learn with not much benefit for what I want.
