What's blue book? Mods aren't really valuable unless you're selling it to someone who wants exactly what you have. The parts have value, but they don't add that same value when on the truck IMO. Someone might pay you 5k over KBB. Some 5k less. That's my take anyway, but if it were me I'd part it out and swap OEM and sell it stock.

I agree, cant really get your money back from mods and worst case scenario ill put it to stock and sell the parts on here (they only have one oil change on them so still new). Just trying to get an idea, would like to avoid putting it back to stock.

Run your truck through KBB.com to get a ball park. You can adjust the results for whatever upgrades you sell with the truck. That should give you a starting point for asking price and negotiations.

Itll be tough to get a good number on here, since values vary in different parts of the country. Id say that here in MN that truck would bring around 12-14 k depending on condition. We also dont really like our prerunners up here in the tundra, dontcha know.

With mods like that and a 6-spd you just have to wait for the right buyer. Keep it listed on craigslist, autotrader, and include a LOT of pictures. Make it a detailed ad, channel your inner salesman, put key words in like "great deal" "clean" "clean carfax" "always garaged", and anything else you can think of that people might search for.

Be patient if you can, all it takes is one guy, the right guy that is specifically looking for a truck like yours. Sometimes it takes a couple months. I've found if you're patient and ignore buyers that say "I don't want this, and I don't want that, blah, blah, blah" one day the right guy comes along and it's sold.

Especially with Toyota trucks. There's a lot of interest in them, people go to dealers and see what they're asking for basic used trucks and they start researching for a private party sale that maybe is better equipped than what they see on dealer lots and a couple thousand cheaper. There's a lot of patient buyers, you have to be a patient seller.

The Bro-Lean is strong with this one.

    Good looking truck though. GLWS

I agree and thanks for the advice, I sat through a month of low balls with my first truck before the right buyer came around and gave me very close to asking price, so I think youre right.

hahaha I know man, I hate the bro lean. I have all the parts to do a 12inch bamf relocation in the rear with all pro leafs to level it out, and im including that with the truck if it gets sold before I get to it.

This made me curious about the value of mine. KBB'd it and it's showing 21k. More than I expected it would show. I Love how these trucks hold their value.

I would say 15-17k, but most buyers would pass on a truck like this. not practical for most, but the right buyer who knows what they would pay.
