    Hey guys,

I dropped in a while back to introduce myself. Fairly new to the forum and live up in Encinitas, but I'm sub'd to the San Diego BS thread and follow what's going on. Will definitely be wanting to hook up with some of ya'll in the future. But wanted to give a heads up, I'm buying a '14 dc soon and will be selling my '01 ac. Figured I'd let the locals know first in case anyone might be interested. 192k miles and in near perfect condition. I've done all the maintenance myself, thing runs like a top.

Haven't decided on a price just yet, but will be listing on the site this weekend. PM if you're interested.

While fireworks are fun, i can't believe you posted them for sale in one post, AND THEN a few posts later acknowledged that you know they're illegal... You do know we have a few officers on this forum right?

Omg not the cops. They can't do jack.

Either way I took it down just trying to sell a few for people who go to the desert and have kids and wanna have fun.

    That's what I thought. Haha

O well I got a window tint ticket and I know cops like window tint haha

I think they have more problems going on within the police agency to worry about, not some random guy sellin some fireworks for desert friends. O well

Please I grew up in Cali when fireworks were legal. It's just Cali trying to control there ppl. Please fireworks can be regulated just like guns.... It's just a matter of ppl being responsible for them selves. Cali has turn to shit with all the bullshit controlling laws. It's not the cops fault that they have a job to do and enforce the law givin to them. It's the state that's turn to shit.

Yeah your 100% right bud. A lot of it is because of the fires I think. Either way I took down the mortar firework posting and I'll just keep the 15 boxes I have haha.

I'm about to be moving to Vegas myself.

Look I love fireworks as much as the next guy, im half tempted to buy some, but there are several problems man.
1.I'm just trying to watch out for you. Its like there are a number of people on here that smoke weed, but not one is sitting here trying to sell it publicly. They keep that shit on the down low. As for cops not having anything better to do or not being able to do something, I was just reading about how the department of homeland security was impounding landcruisers that may have been illegally imported.
    2. There are lawsuits in the works RIGHT NOW to SHUT DOWN ocotillo wells as we know it. Read up on forums about the area and you will see that rangers are being more strict now than ever before, and the last thing we need is to give them more ammo to use against us.

I'm not telling you not to sell them or how to sell them, I'm just suggesting a little more street sense when doing it.;)

I gotcha but that was the point on putting it on TW in a SD thread because theres 10-15 guys on the sd thread that are not cops and I've met before. I'm not stupid I'm not just trying to sell these to anyone that's why it's only on this thread and would only be sold to a handful of guys.

As far as shutting down oct it will never happen if anything they will make us pay to go just like glamis and Gordon's. The old glamis lawsuit when they were border line shutting it down until a few riders made the point that everytime riders brush up against the bushes it cause the plant to spread seeds. So there's one pro for us. Also they won't shut it down because in Cali (sd) there is no where to ride so if they shut down the main place for everyone to ride then everyone will be ridin in illgal spots anyway. They have been trying to shut it down for years and I'll put money on it that it will never happen. I got 500 bucks on it. Think about this. Super is right next to a gun range and an airforce bomb training field that people cross into all the time, if it was that big of an issues super would of been closed a loooooong time ago with a good reason.

And one more thing. That lawsuit is stupid. That's what ocitillo was opened for. That's why it's called

Ocotillo Wells State Vehicular Recreation Area.
