    Its been 131 days for me. I just talked to Derek and the word is that mine have been at the depot during his dispute with UPS. He said he will get this straight with UPS today and PM me and others tonight.
    I sure hope so. I really look forward to having sliders on my truck before any more trail damage happens. I have been avoiding any real 4wheeling and Marylands summer is just about over.

    I know it's uber-unlikely- but UPS COULD be where the fuck up is.

    Before I got them...mine apparently sat for about a week in the "wrong pile" at UPS. There was a group going to Canada and then a group going out in the US and mine got put in the Canada pile...Florida does not equal Canada.

    So if UPS is giving Derek a hard time....it sucks for you guys cause you want your shit either way...but it does explain why they haven't shipped yet....Still doesn't explain the communications tho...and all of that will be good info for the complaint resolution procedure.

    yea, this current issue could very well be ups - but he still hasn't communicated with us really at all - at the very least once a week updates. especially when you claim it's going to ship a week after payment is rec'd. mine were supposed to ship 5/22, i'm sure others have similar stories.

    so if you're going to promise that kind of turn around time, you either back it up or have a darned good excuse - if you do neither, than in my opinion, you do NOT deserve my business.

    and this is the reason we're filing a complaint.
