installing a blue sea fuse panel under the hood as soon as it arrives, and was wondering something-

whats everyones opinion on running a long ground wire from the fuse block all the way to the accessory(ies) that you connect to it? i know in car audio the shorter the ground the better, but not sure if this applies to little lights and such?

I like the idea of having 1 place for a solid ground that i can easily connect to, instead of searching around for a good ground bolt near the accessory and having grounds all over the truck.

Thanks but the fuse panel i got has a ground bar built in, so i dont think the above product will be any different for me. I assume since they make them in this way that a longer ground cable cannot be too bad. Thanks for the input

just be sure to use a LARGE ground wire--a guesstimate will be the size of the combined(outgoing) positives or the positive supply wire.
