Jacksonville area Tacos..

Hey - Been working alot here. Replaced all the speakers in my truck and getting ready to build a custom sub box and replace my HU. I just received my custom Sock Monkey TRD stickers so hopefully I will have pics of those this week sometime.

 

nice get some pics of those. I have been looking at getting some sockmonkey vinyls also.

 

I just bought an electronic exhaust cut out so I can be quiet when I want or be loud as hell when I feel like it. It's a race ready performance one. I decided I wanted one becuase I unbolted my exhaust one day and it sounded awesome but I certainly wouldn't want that much noise all the time so I decided a cut out would work for me.

 

R u refering to me or Fuzzy? if your referring to me I don't have it yet I just ordered it Friday night and will probably install it next Sunday.

well jason as soon as u get it in get some and i do want to see the sockmonkey decals.

 

will do for sure. I have some sound files of it running when I unbolted the exhuast. I can put them up on youtube if you want to hear but it sounds better in person.

 

As soon as the decals are on the truck, pics will be posted. Hopefully I will get to them Tuesday.

 

Sock's decals are amazing, though definitely follow the directions and use soapy water. The first one I tried it "dry" and didn't work so well... I'm thinking about either ordering the black bumper valence vinyl or having a local painter work some magic. What do you guys think of a black hood scoop on mine? I saw an XR rad red on here with it, and it looked pretty nice!

Oh, and I'm with Ryan... started back with college, so between that and working full-time, I am super busy. I think my single status will be changing soon as well, and she drives a Tacoma ;-) Be jealous, guys!

Haha, y'all kill me with the pictures, but here's one of her from last week at the Atlanta aquarium. No pictures of the truck yet, though it's a '06 Indigo Ink Pearl DC SB. I'll take pictures of her with it sometime this week when we hang out...

She wants to go the next time we go to Ocala or wherever, lol. Today we met up and she followed me into a massive rain puddle! She lives in Callahan, so they mud with atv's and stuff. Girl of my dreams, guys

Nice dude yeah we gotta get another wheeling trip going soon. i have been itching to go. I might go play around this weekend but we will see. Is her truck stock?

 

doesnt take much to match my front end. couple bucks for paint for the headlights, and a few bucks for supplies to do the satoshi/recessed grill mod.

 

Yeah, her truck is all stock. I'm not sure that she will take hers out, as I would probably be the one to clean it and I barely have time to clean mine now This weekend would be a good time to go, as I hit a few places tonight that I saw. There's mud everywhere with all this rain!

 

I could do thuresday if anyone else wants to go. I flew over jennings today and its flooded!!! so i think we should check it out again.

 

If you guys want to do something over the weekend I'll probably be able to go.

I got the exhaust cutout installed but the bandclamps aren't tight at all so I'm gonna get it welded in and I'll take pics of the finished product. It sounds awesome at mid to higher rpms but at lower rpms there is room for improvment, atleast from listening in the cab.
