Just to remind everyone, it's still the middle of the work day here on the west coast. I know sometimes I don't have the time to get on TW in the middle of the day... just sayin. my job is definitely more important than saving face on some web forum.

 

Hate this for OP but it don't seem like he is very concerned either. It's 100 miles round trip. Drive to his house and get the parts or the money back, or file a claim against him. Very simple. Again I think top gun is totally wrong and a low life but do something already.

 

What about the other 40 days?

 

He's not concerned. Been 40 days and won't even tell me anything. I have to contact him. I'm just being nice. I don't feel like I should be catering to his needs when I already paid him. And he put on his ad "all parts"

 

You never know...he may be into it.

 

lol, I know duder. there's definitely no excuse for that, but just providing a potential reason as to why he hasn't replied yet today. I know that if I was in his position and you guys had my address, I'd be figuring something out as soon as I could...but then again I wouldn't have posted it for sale until it was all off my truck in the first place so... . Hopefully someone can go over there and show him how to get them off.

Lol. Yea please let me drive 100 miles round trip for some bolts. I'm not the one that screwed up. Id rather wait for him and show TW how he deals with ppl. Return the parts? Then what, dealing with all this BS and he gets away with it. Sike.

 

There have been numerous offers to go remove the parts. Call the guy and tell him someone is coming over to remove them. If he says no then you know he is full of shit, if not they get your parts and can have then shipped. Proactive, not sitting at your computer trying to make him look bad, that's been done.

Why should someone else have to do the work he can't do? There's shops around his house that will take off in 2 mins. He's just bullshitting and not doing it. Ppl install those bags all the time. I'm sure a shop has a few wrenches
