anyone try the reebok crossfit lifting shoes?

just took a gander around my sports authority.... they don't have any lifting shoes but these

inov8 FTMFW. Most my friends rock Reebok but that is mostly because they are crossfit turds.

 

i have the original lifters there awesome cuz there u-form so you put them in the oven then u wear them a bit and they mold to your feet there pretty sweet only complaint is the leather toe is kinda wearing but there almost 2 years old. idk much about the new ones but they look pretty rad when i saw them at the games last weekend and they look a lot more durable too. all lifting shoes are gona be pretty similar, stick with reebok, nike or inov8 and you can't go wrong

 

i was looking at fitness trackers has anyone tried either a fitbit or ifit wrist band? fitbit looks cool cuz it sinks with my fitness pal. i got a 20% off coupon for bed bath and beyond that has fitbit and a 20% off coupon for sports authority too and they have ifit. there both pretty new so can't find to many reviews on the two but the sleep tracker is what interests me the most about them i gota go buy a new iPad so figured i might as well spend some more money while I'm at it lol

 

Girlfriend got me a UP for my birthday. I haven't checked yet to see how accurate it is as far as distance/steps is. But it syncs with MFP too. One of these days I'll check it's accuracy. She bought a fitbit a few days ago for herself...but she's not very active so I dot know if it's even been used

How important is music to you guys when lifting?

 

Not at all improtant. It helps get me pumped on the days I'm not feeling it but after about 10 min. I usually stop paying attention to anything but the weight anyways

that's good focus right there, i usually need some good music to get emotionally ready to lift some heavy ass weights. also my gym plays popcrap.
