    Designed for 6' long-bed. Installed once in truck my driveway, didn't like it, and then uninstalled. Never used otherwise and in new condition. Includes OEM mounting brackets.

    My apologies for not replying sooner. :)

    The net is indeed OEM from Toyota. It mounts using the onboard attachment points of the truck bed, and then two additional hooks are installed (by simply removing and then reinstalling a bolt) near the tailgate.
