It should sound a lil louder just cause the sound resonates under the truck instead of out the side.

Yep. That's my starting point. I gotta get a measurement for the center section and get it cut along with recovery points and a trailer hitch. I may can do it throughout this week

Sweet should look good. What are you going to use for the middle? Just 4x4 piece and then gussets for the hitch or what.

Pretty much but only 3 sides of the 4x4 so that I can get to things from the back. It will all be 1/4". So I'll have a top, a front face and then a bottom piece that I want to angle down for more of a slide off of something then just sit on it. Maybe like a 15° piece. So then the front face will have a hitch in the middle, fully welded front and back with gussets on all 4 sides. Then 2 holes for lights, 2 holes for a high lift and 2 recovery points made from 3/4" and fully welded on the front and back. It should look pretty good. My cuts on the fenders are probably the most straight I've seen so that's a good start. Haha the paint chipped off in a few spots from getting hot but a lil touch up paint will make it look good. I've also got a solution already to support the bedside. There's a bracket that bolts from the bed to the bottom of the rear fender. If you unbolt that bracket and rotate it up, it hits the bedside perfect a few inches above my cutoff line. I'll just use a small black plastic clip or screw and screw it to the fender. Should look pretty good. It can't be worse then riding around with no fender flares and a dozen holes in the fender

Gid needs fiber rear fenders now

 

Any idea where to buy female plugs that fit our factory fog light plugs. I just got my pods in and figured out what is hot and what is negative but I want to just connect them into the factory fog plugs since its already there might as well use it.

 

I cut mine off and wired on the connectors from the harness i got with my Dually's.

 

that's what I say, just buy a connector kit and then cut and solder them to the factory harness

They would look badass but would get destroyed. I'm nervous as fuck about crushing my fronts in already. I don't want to worry about the bed cause its gonna get smashed
