Doing Dougs 4 Day huh? I did the same thing today. I started with a mile run as my warm up and ended with some stretching. I decided I wanted to try this routine because I was getting bored with my normal routine. I'm thinking I will dedicate the rest day on Wednesday to cardio and abs.

Doug's 4 Day Split is my all-time favorite workout plan. It was the first one I ever did when I first started out and I just went back to it a few weeks ago. I experience more growth and strength gains from this workout than from anything else.

    Speaking of gym/music..
I was taking a leak at one of the urinals at the gym today.. This "weird" guy about 30ish comes up to the one next to me.. Playing this so loud I could hear it.
    http://youtu.be/9EcjWd-O4jI

On top of making odd sounds while he was peeing.

Maybe some of you guys might wanna add it to your workout mix, apparently it's pretty fukin awesome.

that just means you're not alpha enough, my urinal splash is so rigorous it drowns out all sounds.

speaking of music these 2 songs are my fav gym song right now. If you like dubstep, build up type of songs.

the ol' glute bridge. Try them and I bet your ass will be sore for days. I do mine lying on the ground, though.

I usually keep our gym on the Pop station to keep all the ladies happy, but one can only listen to so much Katy Perry before he starts to go insane. I've never really liked dubstep, but I've had it on that station for the past few days and it beats the hell out of the Pop station. There's a really good 90's rock station, but they play too much slow shit or stuff with lots of cursing, so I only listen to it when younger folks are in.

i don't know why people dead lift in oly shoes it just makes you taller and puts you on your toes more, the only lift i like doing barefoot is deads. ill use olys for every other squat/oly lift tho thats at least 80% my 1rm i don't like to use em when its light just like belts and knee sleeves. save it for when its heavy and train yourself to not need it on lighter stuff.

how do you do this? iv never heard of that

    you'll actually get 50% off

obviously trying to impress the gym ladies with his thrusting

Did legs today. I was the only one doing them in a room of 30 some people. Climbed to 315 and did reps of 3 till I got tired then backed down to 215 for reps between 7-10. Gonna hit some cleans later tonight.
