This is the best defense yes, and situational awareness. But some people are just so persistent.

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
Nothing in the truck itself except for a couple of spare mags.

I keep my daily carry Glock 26 on me.

I'd go with a D cell Mag Light personally. A great flashlight, and a weapon if need be. As others have said, I would avoid pepper spray or mace due to the close quarters.

I leave an extra magazine with Hornady Critical defense ammo in the console. Keep any variety of pistol that suits my mood on me.

I buy insurance, hell im an agent, and I still wanna be able to protect my truck. If someone wants to try and rob me of my truck, then they better understand that there is a possibility of them being shot or seriously injured. :infantry:

I'm 53 and have lived everywhere. never been threatened or feared loss of life. you guys must either live in ghetto or seek out confrontations. i seriously feel no need to be armed.

I totally understand what you are saying, but now a days people will kill you for a Twinkie... I keep my guns to protect my family, friends and my self, then my possessions. If shit hits the fan, I want to be ready, and make sure that I am going home safe.

this looks more like a "show off your gun thread" than anything.
i don't even know one person that has been the victim of a car jacking with the driver in the seat let alone a person with enough reason to believe it would happen to them that requires they carry a handgun to protect themselves.
