Just thought I would post this here in case anyone was interested. Samsung galaxy s4 in excellent condition. No need for it anymore since I have a new phone. Looking for local sale only. I will definitely give TW memebers a better price!!!! PM me with any questions.

Question, even after this bullshit SSE ban is in effect you could still get an 80% pistol lower and manufacture it yourself correct? Or does that law only apply to rifles.

Only the builder of the pistol would know. Depends on how much you care about California's laws.

Let me correct that for you.
Yeah. You mean the," I now have a legal SBR thing. "

But you're right. If one was to actually wear that brace on their forearm, yes. Dupid!

Question for the gun owners. Can I build an AR pistol off an AR rifle lower or is that a no no?

What I figured. So I need to buy a stripped lower or a lower designated as pistol, right?

Nobody sells a pistol lower by itself. You might find on on the private market for a premium. I'm not sure about the 80% route and you won't find a stripped pistol lower either. There once was a company that would sell a complete AR pistol and then buy back the upper after dros. They did that because most people like to build their uppers to their liking. Bay Area gun vault in mountain view has some AR pistols in stock right now.

    Your only options are

    1. Build it from an 80% lower.
    2. Buy a complete AR pistol.
    3. Buy a complete AR pistol lower.

    ^^^^^^^^^^
    Option 3 doesn't work.

The DoJ Registration/transfer system doesn't allow for pistol lowers.

    Only 1/2 are valid.

Figures. I want to build an AR pistol. Anyone know where I can get a good 80% lower and have it finished? I'm no good at machining and don't know anyone that can do it. :(

Just buy a lower and save your self the time, energy and money. it's not worth it.
