You won't rub with a tire that size once you get to 285 rubbing may begin

He's running 16" wheels. Tacoma's come with tires and rims that size stock?

Dealer wants $382 just for driver seat base so they're definitely capable of recouping cost. My budget on a replacement is far less, but there is a market for the OEM covers even though it's pretty small. Most replace them with aftermarket options as you did.

I think yours are different seats, I have an SR5.

Total Chaos LCA with the dual shock mounts?

What do you think of them? I was looking to go that direction.

Love it. I explain it to people this way. You remember the jump from stock to a true coilover be it King/Fox/Icon and how much better it felt...well adding the bypass brings that feeling back again. It truly makes a difference in the type of offroading I like to do which is fast desert running. If you just cruise fire roads or crawl rocks it's not worth it IMO. But it just gets better and better the faster you go. Thing is you will almost spend as much as if you were going LT but I like the stock width plus I got the LCA's for 600 bucks used so that also helped me along.

Ok. Sounds good. The price was definitely up there. I was considering using the second mount for a limit strap for now and moving into a second shock setup later. One with something that has an internal bumpstop.
Does the spare mounts seem strong enough for pull force? I talked with TC and they assured me it would be strong enough for a limit strap setup.

The secondary mount is plenty strong enough. Have not heard of even 1 failing. One thing to remember with the stock length LCA is that the king bypass is just a 2 tube bypass. They insist that the 6 inch bypass is too small to support a 3rd tube that you would use as the internal bump. That said Fox has a 6 inch 3 tube bypass, though if you go with Kings opinion that 3rd tube may not be as effective as you need it to be. The TC truck has the 3 tube Fox's so they may be able to answer it better.

Looks pretty cool. Did you have to remove the steering wheel emblem or just taped everything off?
