I took Liv-52 Livercare when I did a 1 month oral PH cycle and didn't die, so I'd say they work well lol...although, I wouldn't recommend those oral ph cycles to anyone. It made my blood pressure rise and a bunch of other crap

I always deadlift barefoot. And I squat barefoot. I'd just like a pair for cleans and presses and shit. Some say they help in squat and deadlift but I dunno. I just use a Nike running shoe right now.

Today was just one of those days that I didn't want to be in the gym. I had no energy after work today. Felt weak. It was chest day...and I usually like chest...just wasn't feelin it today.

i think at your age the best you can do is to train hard, not just hard, heavy and you have to be consistent, when i was your age i was starting Defensive tackle for our football team, all i did was eating tons of meat, sleep as much as i can and work out as hard as i can, we use to do 2 hours of lifting each morning starting at 6am before class starts then 4 hours of practice after school, which for us linemen were pretty much beating the shit outta each other for 2 hours and 2 more hours of drills/HIIT type cardio. if i had to guess i slept around 9 hours a day, ate anywhere from 5500-8000 calories. i was 205 as a freshmen who didn't lift and just had natural strength, i couldn't bench 135 and barely squatted 225. as a senior i was 280 squatted 405 benched 225 and deadlifted 405(terrible form), and all that was with no supps.

That's why you have to keep a less atractive friend around to kick the ugly one to, so you can score the babe. :D

    Reverse grenadeing?

Your #1 priority should be dieting. Get your diet in check and, if you STILL need more crap, then that's when you want to supplement. To supplement means to complete or enhance something else when added to it. If your mom is going to pay for everything, you shouldn't need protein powder, or anything else for that matter. The only time you'd need a liver protector is if you're going on Spring Break and will be drinking for 5 days straight or if you're on an oral PH cycle. Since you're too young to drink or do PH's, you absolutely do not need a liver protector. Creatine MAY benefit you, but only if your diet is okay. Hell, lifting isn't even going to benefit you if your diet sucks. Get your diet right, THEN focus on everything else. I wouldn't worry about any other supplement; 99% of that shit is designed to prey on people who don't know what they're doing. You don't NEED any of it with a good diet.

    Your priorities should be:
    diet
finding a good workout plan like this one
combining the two to get laid
